Also, I wanted to comment on how pleased I am with my experience of your service and the quality of your granite products. I’m confident that the work to reseal the sink area of the worktop will resolve the issue of the decolouration in this area and reduce the granite’s tendency to be porous. Furthermore, the remedial works to rectify the minor chips, which are inherent with a natural product like granite, have been completed to our satisfaction too.
Since I made my first visit and discussed the kitchen with you, from the template service, to the installation, and post-installation service, I have been very impressed with the company’s desire to ensure we are 100% happy with what we have paid for. The granite looks excellent, both on the worktop and the window sills, and we’ve received many compliments on it already. I was particularly pleased with the workmanship and level of service provided by the team who installed the worktops and sills. They were very polite, very flexible, and took pride in getting it exactly right for us – which is the kind of service so lacking in many other companies today.
Refitting a kitchen is very stressful, as you obviously appreciate; however, the least stressful part of our kitchen refit has been working with Whitby Granite Products and its employees.
I would have no hesitation in recommending you to other people and thank everyone for their continued attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
Well done on an excellent job, done to very high standards, and a lovely product too!
