How do I chose what colour I want?

The easiest way to choose your colour is to come and visit our showroom with a kitchen door or tile. We also have a huge range of granite and quartz samples for you to take home.

How long does it take to complete my worktops?

After we have done a template of your kitchen, we guarantee to fit your bespoke worktops within 5 working days (depending on stock level of material).

What is the advantage of choosing granite worktops?

Not only is granite a beautiful natural product, it is also highly polished for an everlasting look. It is very easy to maintain, and perfect for baking on! Our recommendation is that all the black granite is sealed a minimum of once before they leave the factory, if it is the lighter vein granite, it is sealed 3 times. It is recommended to reseal your worktops every year for the lighter colours, and every 2-3 years for black. Solid granite or quartz worktops will not need to be replaced from water damage, heat expansion. We provide certain colours of granite without joints at a maximum of 3.2m x 2.2m (this can vary depending on the density of the granite).

What is the advantage of quartz worktops? 

Quartz worktops offer a huge variety of colours from hundreds of companies across the world so that you can have a uniform worktop.

Where does the granite and quartz come from?

At WGP PLUS LTD we import all our own granite and quartz from all over the world, picking only the premium material. We keep a large stock of popular granite and a quartz slabs at our Cheshire factory, which is available to view. If we haven’t the slabs that you are looking for, we have a much larger supplier of slabs in the UK which will cater your needs. You can even go down and select your own slab, which will be delivered direct to WGP, ready to be fabricated. We also offer a service where you can place your templates on your chosen slab to choose which sections of the slab you would like in which part of your kitchen.

Is it just worktops that WGP PLUS LTD provide?

WGP PLUS LTD don’t just make worktops. We also make fire hearths, vanity tops, bar tops, larder shelves, windows sills, table tops, shower trays, chopping boards, dado rails, skirting boards, kicking strips, splashbacks, BBQ surrounds, outdoor plinths, cooking stones, tables, desks, breakfast bars, house signs, bath panels, staircases, the list is endless!

Do you open Saturdays? 

Our Macclesfield office will only open on a Saturday by appointment only. If you wish to visit us on a Saturday, please call 01625 615500 (mon-fri), however our Northwich branch is open from 9am until 12noon. Please note, Northwich only offers a limited amount of samples and Macclesfield has the full bespoke showroom.

Do WGP PLUS LTD do the full service?

From template to fabrication to fitting. All of the work carried out on your worktops is done in house. We do not contract any of our work out, which makes the whole process more personal as we can guarantee the quality.

What area do WGP PLUS LTD cover?

WGP PLUS LTD offer a nationwide service, from Lands End to John O’Groats! Please note we do NOT cover Ireland.
