Office Assistant - Monday to Friday 9-5 (Part Time Considered)We are looking for an office assistant to join an established granite company based in Macclesfield.The role is ideally for a Full Time applicant **(However we are also considering a Part Time role working 5 days per week 9/9:15am -2:45 / 3pm) **We are looking for someone with strong clerical skills, the ability to follow processes, making sure all of the I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed.The role would be ideal for someone who would be confident speaking to customers and enjoys working in an office environmentDuties to include· answering the phone / emails· greeting customers who come into the building· taking payments on PDQ machine and in cash· filing· general office and admin duties· experience with Microsoft Word / Excel is important· create documents using pre-existing templates on Microsoft Word· create quotes using pre-existing templates on Microsoft ExcelAbility to reliably commute to SK117HUThe role is office based only, we are unable to facilitate working from home / hybrid working1 position available - a job share would not be availableFull Time Monday to Friday 9-5Part Time would be considered for the right candidate working Monday to Friday 9/9:15am-2:45 / 3pm (times may be negotiable, more hours available, holiday cover would be requested )Email applications to victoria.ault@wgpltd.co.ukTelephone 01625 615500 ...
